The mutual trust between Bulgaria and Moldova guarantees the success of bilateral co-operation, the Presidents of Bulgaria and Moldova Rosen Plevneliev and Nicolae Timofti agreed today at talks in Belgrade while attending a meeting of the Heads of States Parties in the Process for South East Europe Co-operation Process (SEECP).

While I am President, vetoes will not be an instrument of pressure, but a means to hear all the arguments. Pursuant to Art. 101, para. 1 of the Constitution of the Republic of Bulgaria, President Rosen Plevneliev returned amendments to the Judiciary Act, adopted on June 7 2012, to the National Assembly for further consideration.
