“The military conflicts in Europe in the 20th century proved that peace has no alternative. At a meeting held with Terry Stamatopoulos, NATO assistant secretary general for Political Affairs and Security Policy, Rosen Plevneliev invited NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen to visit Bulgaria.
