“Energy is the sector which will connect us for many years ahead and Bulgaria confirms its support for the construction of the South Gas Corridor, in the implementation of which Azerbaijan plays a key role. Thus a real diversification of gas sources and routes in South and Central Europe will be ensured.” These were the words of Head of State Rumen Radev, who is on an official visit to Azerbaijan at the invitation of his counterpart President Ilham Aliyev.

President Rumen Radev presented today in Warsaw the advantages for investments in our country at a Polish-Bulgarian Economic Forum, in which representatives of 55 Bulgarian and 170 Polish companies took part. Together with his Polish counterpart, President Andrzej Duda, the Bulgarian Head of State confirmed the readiness of the institutions in the two countries to work for ensuring a better connectivity between Bulgaria and Poland which serves the interests of the people and business.

Economic and social cohesion should be in the focus of the common European Union’s Policies.
