“Energy is the sector which will connect us for many years ahead and Bulgaria confirms its support for the construction of the South Gas Corridor, in the implementation of which Azerbaijan plays a key role. President Rumen Radev presented today in Warsaw the advantages for investments in our country at a Polish-Bulgarian Economic Forum, in which representatives of 55 Bulgarian and 170 Polish companies took part. Together with his Polish counterpart, President Andrzej Duda, the Bulgarian Head of State confirmed the readiness of the institutions in the two countries to work for ensuring a better connectivity between Bulgaria and Poland which serves the interests of the people and business.

Economic and social cohesion should be in the focus of the common European Union’s Policies. This was the common position shared by the Presidents of Bulgaria and Poland Rumen Radev and Andrzej Duda, who held talks in Warsaw today. The Bulgarian Head of State is on an official visit to the Republic of Poland at the invitation of his Polish counterpart.
