The Three Seas regional initiative starts to leave the sphere of political talking and acquires more concrete dimensions with the idea of creating an investment fund. My call to all participants today is to more quickly move to the sphere of economy and concrete solutions. This is what President Rumen Radev said on the occasion of his participation in the presidential panel of the Fourth top-level meeting of the Three Seas regional initiative, which was held in Slovenia.

“For Bulgaria, Germany is a strategic partner in the EU and a very close partner in NATO,” Rumen Radev said and added that our country relies on German support for the modernization of the Bulgarian army and for the full integration of the Bulgarian defense industry and science within the common European projects, including those financed by the European Defense Fund.
