Bulgaria has set itself the goal to create the necessary environment and to build capacity so that it can attract strategic foreign projects and investors. This is what President Rumen Radev said at a meeting he held with Roberto Azevedo, Director General of the World Trade Organization (WTO) at 2 Dondukov street today.
