Reaffirming Bulgaria as a regional center of information technologies in Southeastern Europe and the quick development of telecommunications and tourism create conditions for attracting investments from Qatar in these quickly developing sectors of the Bulgarian economy and for establishing mutually-beneficial partnerships. Strengthening the partnership with Iran in the spheres of economy and energy is of interest to Bulgaria, Southeastern Europe and the European Union and as President of the Council of the EU Bulgaria will work to promote the political dialogue so as to achieve concrete results of mutual interest.
