President Plevneliev on a State Visit to Mongolia

The Bulgarian president Rosen Plevneliev is on a three-day visit to Mongolia. The state visit takes place within the context of the 65th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries. On his first day in Ulan Bator, the President met with over 60 Mongolian nationals having studied and worked in Bulgaria.  
 
On 11 May in Ulan Bator the Head of State held talks with Mongolia’s political leadership. Bulgarian President Rosen Plevneliev and Mongolian President Tsakhiagiin Elbegdorj discussed the opportunities for widening the bilateral trade and economic relations. The first-of-its-kind monument of the Cyrillic alphabet was unveiled in the capital of Mongolia Ulan Bator within the framework of President Rosen Plevneliev’s state visit to Mongolia.
