Bulgaria will continue to be a second homeland for Vietnamese citizens who have studied and worked in our country. We are proud that they contribute to the development of today's Vietnam with their knowledge, skills and experience gained in our country. With these words, President Rumen Radev addressed representatives of the community of Vietnamese citizens who have studied and worked in Bulgaria and representatives of the Vietnam-Bulgaria Friendship Association, who today welcomed the Bulgarian Head of State in Hanoi with a solemn event.
