The Head of State calls in Strasbourg for preventing new divisions in Europe and countering hate speech that hinders the building of good-neighbourly relations
President Rumen Radev today held a telephone conversation with the President of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani-Sadriu. He expressed his condolences for the victims of the shooting in northern Kosovo and his concern over the escalation of tensions in that country.
The two presidents agreed that there is a need for responsibility on all sides for de-escalation and risk reduction, which is in the interest of both the citizens of Kosovo and the international peacekeeping mission of NATO KFOR, in which Bulgarian servicemen are also participating.
