President Rosen Plevneliev awarded Ahmed Butash, Ambassador of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria, the Order of the Madar Horseman 1st Class on the occasion of his leaving the post in Bulgaria. The high state award is an expression of the recognition of Ambassador Butash’s efforts and his personal contribution to the development of the relationships between Bulgaria and Algeria.
