Bulgaria has accumulated enough experience and is ready to attract investments not only in extracting raw materials, but in fields of high added value as well. We expect a strategic investor from Germany to raise relations between businesses and institutions to an entirely new level of quality, stated President Rumen Radev at a meeting with the Federal President of the Federal Republic of Germany Frank-Walter Steinmeier.

The Central and Eastern Europe Region will be increasingly attractive to large-scale strategic investments, thanks to the strengthened cooperation within the Three Seas Initiative, stated President Rumen Radev at the opening of the Presidential Panel of the Business Forum within the Sixth Three Seas Initiative Summit. Bulgaria hosts the international event, bringing together presidents and leaders of delegations of the 12 participating countries in the EU and the strategic partners – USA, the European Commission and Germany. The forum is being held on the 8th and 9th of July in the National Palace of Culture in Sofia.

The priorities of the Slovenian Presidency of the Council of the EU and the goals of the Three Seas Initiative complement each other and work towards a strong and united Europe, stated President Rumen Radev at a meeting with the President of the Republic of Slovenia Borut Pahor today at the Presidency. Bulgaria and Latvia are developing excellent cooperation within the Three Seas Initiative. The joint efforts of participating countries make the Initiative an increasingly recognisable platform for cooperation, allowing it to partner with potential investors from around the globe, stated President Rumen Radev at a meeting today at the Presidency with the President of the Republic of Latvia, Egils Levits. The bilateral meeting is part of the Three Seas Initiative agenda starting today in Sofia.
