The Ideas for the Development of United Europe and the Bilateral Cooperation between Bulgaria and Germany Were Discussed at a Meeting between President Rumen Radev and President Frank-Walter Steinmeier Held in Riga

The ideas for the EU’s development and the danger of Europe’s fragmentation were discussed by President Rumen Radev and the Federal President of the Federal Republic of Germany Frank-Walter Steinmeier in Riga. The two talked about the prospects for expanding the bilateral cooperation between Bulgaria and the Federal Republic of Germany.

The meeting was held within the forum of the Heads of State of the Arraiolos group and was held upon the initiative of President Frank-Walter Steinmeier. The President of the Federal Republic of Germany received an invitation from the Bulgarian Head of State Rumen Radev to visit our country so as to continue the top-level dialogue between Bulgaria and Germany. Germany’s Head of State accepted the invitation with gratitude.
