"Until 6 August the institutions should continue conscientiously and responsibly fulfilling their commitments. The forthcoming dissolution of the National Assembly, the formation of a caretaker government, and the conduction of an early general election should not be used as an excuse for inactivity", the President said to the Parliament.

"I hope that together with the political parties we will follow the procedure stipulated by the constitution so that the date we agreed on to hold the general election, namely 5 October, will be observed and also that on 6 August the 42nd National Assembly will be adjourned and a caretaker government will be appointed", the President said.
