We were together for nine years and kept our most important vow to work in the interests of Bulgarian citizens, President Iliana Iotova told Rumen Radev after taking office as head of state

“Bulgaria highly appreciates Algeria’s contribution to stabilizing the region of North Africa. The mutual exchange of experience and information in the sphere of fighting terrorism ensure security of our citizens and this partnership should be further developed.” This is what Head of State Rumen Radev said, who held a meeting today with Abdelkader Messahel, Foreign Minister of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria.
The two countries have many-year traditions of cooperation and exchange in the sphere of education, medicine, culture and tourism, it transpired at the meeting. The common interest in promoting the trade and contacts between the business circles was expressed.
