The business in Bulgaria and the Republic of Macedonia should have a clearly defined common vision and strategy so as to achieve growth of trade and to ensure prosperity of the citizens from the two sides of the border. The Head of State is on a two-day state visit to the Republic of Macedonia at the invitation of his counterpart Gjorge Ivanov.

Within Rumen Radev’s visit, a memorandum on cooperation between the Macedonian-Bulgarian Industrial Chamber and the Bulgarian-Macedonian Chamber of Commerce was signed. The representatives of the business organizations  accompanying the Head of State together with their counterparts agreed to sign a memorandum of understanding between the Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion Agency and Invest Macedonia.

“I am very happy that we have already developed top-level political trust. This is a prerequisite for the future success of our entrepreneurs,” the President said at the forum.
