Media Accreditation Information about the 12th Arraiolos Group Meeting of the EU Non-Executive Heads of State, Plovdiv-Sofia 2016

On 14-15th of September 2016 Bulgaria will host the 12th informal meeting of the EU non-executive Head of State of the Arraiolos Group. The meeting is going to take place in the cities of Plovdiv and Sofia.

On the invitation by President Rosen Plevneliev the Presidents of Estonia, Italy, Latvia, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Hungary, Federal Republic of Germany and Finland to take part in the Meeting.

For covering the informal meeting the Media representatives must fill in the online accreditation form on the Bulgarian Presidency Website www.president.bg/registration (Media Registration Form).

The accreditation process will start on 2nd of August and will end on 2nd of September 2016. After that the system will be automatically deactivated and there will be no last minute accreditations available!

During the days of the meeting Media Centres will be settled in Plovdiv and in Sofia. There will be only photo and video opportunity and an access for photographers and cameramen will be granted for the working sessions of the informal meeting. The Heads of States will hold a joint press conference on 15th of September at Building 2 of the Boyana Residence in Sofia.
