Bulgaria and Morocco have cultivated excellent bilateral relations, dating back to more than half a century ago, which are a stable basis for future cooperation in a lot of sectors. This is what Vice-president Margarita Popova said in Rabat at the meeting held with Abdelilah Benkirane, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Morocco.

Education, science and culture were highlighted as the most successful and perspective sectors of cooperation between the two countries.

Although Bulgaria and Hungary have an excellent political dialogue, they may achieve a lot more if they strengthen their cooperation on the important issues on the EU agenda, such as the issues of migration and EU enlargement. Vice-president Margarita Popova is on a working visit to Hungary at the invitation of the Bulgarian Republican Self-government in the country to commemorate the 100th anniversary since the establishment of the first association of Bulgarians in the Central-European country.
