“Closer cooperation and sharing resources between the NATO member-states are the mechanisms for building collective capabilities for defense,” Rosen Plevneliev said, who held talks today with Victoria Nuland, Assistant Secretary of State for European and Euroasian Affairs at 2 Dondukov street.
