Bulgaria is a factor ensuring stability in the Balkans and we pursue an active policy on assisting the development and strengthening the integration of the countries in the region. The future belongs to the regions and the trade relations between the Balkan countries are of key importance for Bulgaria. This is what Head of State Rosen Plevneliev said, who opened a joint business forum in Sofia, together with Albanian President Bujar Nishani.

"I call on all participants in the forthcoming election campaign to stick to positive messages. No election result can be justified if it is detrimental to public stability, to ethnic and religious tolerance. There are limits of public conduct that we do not have the right to cross", President appealed in an address to the People.

Only together can the Eastern European countries achieve success and solve the issues related to strengthening regional partnership, the process of European integration and cope with the increased migration pressure.
